How do I get assistance with Blackboard?
If a candidate has any technical issues or wishes to raise a grievance in relation to any content contained within the knowledge checkers or reference documents, a ticket needs to be submitted.
Candidates can submit a ticket by accessing the “Submit a Ticket” button within Blackboard or by clicking here.
